The Panissimo line comprises two products: Panissimo Pomodoro (with tomatoes and basil) and Panissimo Prokorn (with sunflower seeds, flaxseed, soybeans and corn). |
Panissimo Prokorn

Panissimo bread is rich in nutrition owing to its ingredients: sunflower seeds, flaxseed, soybeans and corn.
Sunflower seeds are filling and also very nutritious, as they constitute an important source of vitamin E, B, folic acid, magnesium, copper and selenium. Magnesium and vitamin B are necessary to maintain energy levels and stamina. Vitamin E is the most powerful antioxidant (3 times stronger than vitamin C) and useful in prevention of certain conditions, such as colon cancer and complications of diabetes.
Flaxseed has emollient, anti-inflammatory, tissue-regeneration–stimulating characteristics, as well as some laxative effect.
Soybeans contain substances called isoflavones, which increase immunity, prevent mutation of normal cells into cancerous cells, and insure the permeability and flexibility of blood vessels.
Corn confers benefit by reducing blood cholesterol levels, acting as fermentation sub-layer for intestinal microflora, reducing cancer risk, and offering a slight laxative effect.
