VP Magassin Retail

 The VP Magassin strategy is based on three main objectives: national coverage, development of new specialized-shop concepts (e.g., a “neighbourhood shop"), and the introduction of new services for purchasing customers.clients. The success of the strategy thus far is clear: the retail network of the Vel Pitar Group currently numbers a total of 157 outlets in 10 of the country’s most important cities.

 
 The Vel Pitar shops offer the most diverse range of fresh bakery products – baked in professional ovens, even on shop premises – so that the customers can find bread, sandwiches and warm pastry products to satisfy all tastes, in addition to other kinds of products (dairy products, canned foods, meat, and refreshments).
 


 Products are arranged by category so individual products are easy to find, the sale process is fast and flexible, and the sales staff is well trained. In the shops, customers can obtain information about any bought product   and employees will aid them in making appropriate nutritional choices.
