Vel Pitar a relansat Portalul social Imparte.ro!- Portalul caritatii pe data de 5 iulie 2010. Proiectul Imparte.ro! este continuarea fireasca a Campaniei sociale "Imparte! E mai mult decat o felie de paine!". De la lansarea sa, in comunitate s-au inscris peste 10.000 de membri si au fost donate peste 20.000 de felii de paine.

Editia a IV-a a Programului educational Porti deschise s-a finalizat la jumatatea lunii iunie, odata cu incheierea anului scolar.

A patra editie a programului educational "Porti deschise catre viitor"
Vel Pitar a demarat a patra editie a programului educational "Porti deschise catre viitor", incepand cu 6 octombrie 2009. Ca si in anii precedenti, programul se va desfasura in perioada octombrie 2009 - iunie 2010 si aproximativ 25.000 de copii din zece orase ale tarii, printre care si Bucuresti, vor trece pragul fabricilor Vel Pitar si vor asista la procesul de fabricare a painii. In acest an, proiectul se va desfasura in 11 puncte de lucru Vel Pitar – Cluj Napoca, Iasi, Brasov, Ramnicu Valcea, Tg.Jiu, Pitesti, Targoviste, Tecuci, Giurgiu si 2 fabrici in Bucuresti.

Since the 5th of February 2009 has began a new stage of the educational program "Doors open to future". This stage takes place in 8 manufacturing centers across the country - 2 factories in Bucharest, Cluj, Brasov, Iasi, Giurgiu, Ramnicu Valcea and Tecuci.
