Within the 9^th edition of the international exhibition INDAGRA (November 3^rd - 7^th), organized within the fair complex ROMEXPO Bucharest, Vel Pitar has found the clients and the business partners for listening to their proposals and for communicating the innovations.

To this fair, there has been launched the French Toast product range in the three initial ranges: Classic French Toast, Rye French Toast and Seed French Toast. In the space chosen for the French Toast range there have taken place several competitions for children with the age between 4 - 10: "who is the fastest in the preparation of a French Toast sandwich?"; "who is making the most special sandwich"; "who is answering to the as many questions related to French Toast".

The winners have received a personalized French Toast prize, adapted to their age and preoccupations, consisting in a drawing set, the sandwich box, school schedule, fountain pen, tasty products from Vel Pitar and "on minute" pictures.

Obtained Distinctions: The plate from INDAGRA 2004 to the Section Food Industry - for the special presentation of the panification product range. The awarding festivity took place on November 7^th, 2004, in the presence of the written press representatives and those of the television.

By the middle of the autumn of 2003 (November 12^th - 16^th), Vel Pitar arrived at INDAGRA with innovations for the visitors. It has come with great row, its entire elite of bakers, from the 7 subsidiaries (Bucharest, Pitesti, Ramnicu Valcea, Targu Jiu, Cluj, Iasi, Tecuci, but also with the members of the group from Brasov and Giurgiu) and has brought from all the regions ruddy bread and well baked, pound cakes, biscuits, wafers, ginger bread and many other delights.

2003 is the year in which "The First Baker" has become "The Greatest Baker from Romania", having a production of over 250 tones of bread daily.

The fair has been an opportunity to launch new products: special packed breads (the Panissimo bread range and the Toast bread range); the packed biscuits (Poieni, 2B+C with cocoa and lemon, Voiniciel, Tabiet Petit Beurre) and the Supernapo wafers with cocoa and vanilla filling.

The Vel Pitar team participating to the "Baker's Cup", organized by ROMPAN, won a great number of awards: 1^st place to the "Pastry" section; 1^st place to the "Team" section (score cumulated on the three sections); 2^nd place on the "Artistic Work" section (Cozia Monastery); 2^nd place to the "Bread" section.

As we were saying, also in 2003 Vel Pitar has come full of new products: the Toast Vel Pitar in the three variants: White Toast, Black Toast and Seed Toast. For those who know, for those giving attention to the way of feeding, Vel Pitar has prepared something special: Panissimo bread range, including diet products (as Rye Bread, Graham Bread, Silhouette) and energizing products (Multicereal Bread, Bios Bread). Due to the content rich in mineral fibers, the fresh breads prepared after these networks help to digestion, leading to the keeping of a good tonus all day long.

For the children Vel Pitar has brought "equation biscuits": 2B+C with cocoa and 2B+C with lemon; the Tabiet Petit Beurre biscuits; "Voinicel" - biscuits with stamina, Poieni - the tastiest biscuits glazed with chocolate and the Supernapo wafers with vanilla and cocoa filling.

Within the period May 28^th - June 2^nd, 2003, Vel Pitar has participated to TIBCO (International Fair of Consumption Goods), organized by Romexpo, where it has presented new products from all its location from the country and, especially, the packed biscuits.

The central attraction point for the visiting public has been the area occupied by the new range of packed biscuits. Here, the little visitors have participated in the classroom to the discussions regarding the biscuits, where they have answered to questions and instead of marks they received applause and delicious biscuits.

Between November 6^th - 10^th 2002, Vel Pitar has participated to INDAGRA, fair organized by Romexpo, where it has presented in a new stand, developed on 60 sqm, the new products from all its production units in the country.

The final point has been in the days of Friday and Saturday (November 8^th - 9^th), when "The Baker" represented by the actor Ion Chelaru, has come to award the consumers having knowledge regarding the history, the factories and the products of Vel Pitar. Thus, our collaborators have had the chance to meet the character whose features and moustache were known from the posters, cars and promotional materials.

Placed in the stand of the bakers, producers and distributors of the machines for bakery and of the improvers and ingredient distributors, the Vel Pitar stand has been an attraction point for 10,000 persons, being visited in the first day of the fair by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forests - Mr. Ilie Sarbu, accompanied by Mr. Aurel Popescu - president of the Romanian Patronage from the Milling and Bakery Industry (ROMPAN).
