Shrimps and avocado sandwich



 

Ingredients: A slice of PANISSIMO PROKORN, a tea-spoon of cream, a sweet pepperoni dust, lemon juice, green salad or rucola, thin slices of avocado, olive oil, 1-2 shrimps.

 

Means of preparation: mix the cream with the sweet pepperoni dust and lemon juice. Put the sauce on a slice of PANISSIMO PROKORN, then add salad leaves and avocado slices. Roast the shrimps in a small quantity of oil, until they become pink. Put above the avocado slices.

 

 

Bruschetta with feta cheese, olives and basil

 

Ingredients: Two slices of  PANISSIMO POMODORO, chopped garlic, extravirgin olive oil, Feta cheese, ground black pepper, Kalamata olives, fresh basil leaves (or oregano, as you prefer).

 

Means of preparation: Toast the PANISSIMO POMODORO bread in the toaster, and then scrub it with garlic. Sprinkle the slices of bread with olive oil and  pepper, and then add the Feta cheese slices and the chopped olives. Arrange with fresh basil or oregano leaves.
