Ham and vegetable sandwich

 

Ingredients

250 g ham, sliced

A mug of grated yellow cheese

A mug of grated celery

A mug of chopped green onion

2 spoons of grated carrot

2 spoons of mayonnaise or salad sauce

A boiled sliced egg

A spoon of cut green olives

A tea-spoon of garlic dust

8 slices of bread (Graham French Toast, Rye French Toast or Seed French Toast)

4 leaves of green salad

 

Means of preparation

 

Mix all the ingredients in a blender, except for the slices of bread and the salad leaves. Spice them with pepper after taste and let them into the refrigerator. When the ham and vegetable salad are cold enough, put them on half of the slices of bread. Cover with green salad and with the other half of the slices of bread. For a special taste, toast the slices of Graham French Toast or the Seed French Toast in the toaster.
